read a book "the monk who sold his ferrari"... it's a nice book thou i nv finished reading it... it's basically those inspriational self help book and it says,
to set a goal and visualise it so that it will come true
then it also says other things like a person has 15000 thoughts gg through their mind each day and among them, most are the same thoughts as yesterday... our worries yesterday continues to burden us today and so it continued...
no point worrying cos it will not solve anything, it's more constructive to find a way to end your worries
jot down your thoughts cos those that you bothered to jot down are the more impt ones
those are what i have learnt and rmb, after reading half the book =D
